the beat crunch
A lot has(or at least should have) been said on the new sound of elctronic music. I dont mean genre-specific sounds but the whole production signature as a whole. Tracks now seem to be wrapped in silicon and shipped onto a digital retailer. I think it was the combination production tools getting more sophisticated and the fact that less recordsa are being pressed than ever before.
I then gradualy noticed that records sounded gradually harder and harder , i was wondering where did all of the good old deep house gone to?
I am going through my records now and am absolutely delated by undefined qualities, too bad this is not economical any more…
I will be trying to press a few records in the near future, and distribute them myself. I was burn quite hard the last time i pressed some , with some nearly legal situations and general waste of hours and hours of my time
I dont know where all of this is going to.
